If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Change of mind

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you've simply changed your mind. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original, re-sellable condition. To start a return, contact us at [contact email] with your order number.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at [contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.

Handling your print

Fine art prints have a delicate printed surface, so they do need careful handling when unpacking:

• Only unwrap the print when you're ready to frame it, on a clean surface.

• Handle with clean hands, holding the edges or handling borders, avoiding the printed area.

• Support with both hands. It's heavyweight paper, so creases are permanent.

• Remove any dust with compressed air only. Wiping or blowing on it can scratch or mark the print.

• If your print arrives rolled, it will flatten naturally over time. Peel off any sealing tape gently,

supporting the roll as you go.

• Take care when placing weights on the corners to flatten a print.

What we can't accept

We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though it may take a little longer for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still haven't received a refund, please get in touch at [contact email].
